Sales Consultant

Sales Call Requirements:
Pre-arranged appointments scheduled on your calendar, by a professional appointment center. Complete Klaus Larsen Roofing Sales Presentation and follow-ups on previously sales appointments. Strong communication and listening skills, willing to work with customers one on one, detail oriented to complete accurate contracts.

Time Commitment:
Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed. Many of our customers are only able to participate in estimates before or after regular work hours or on weekends. Must be willing to represent our company at home shows and other professional events.

Prospecting:
It is expected that Sales Representative will prospect, canvas, & identify homes they feel could be a candidate for a roof replacement. Any self-generated lead who chooses Klaus Larsen LLC for their project will result in an added bonus.

Reporting Responsibilities:
Communication within the whole company is a must, this includes, office, production, and sales. As well as keeping your calendar up to date. Attendance at weekly sales meetings and weekly one on one meetings with Sales Manager.

First 30 Days Expectations:
It is the expectation that within the first thirty days the Sales Consultant will have completed inside sales & product training. As well as beginning to shadow on outside sales calls and making follow-up phone calls to refresh preexisting & presented older leads.

First Year Expectations:
It is the company’s expectation that the Sales Consultant will achieve all set goals and objectives. Also, that the Sales Consultant finds himself/herself in a rewarding and successful sales career with Klaus Larsen Roofing.
