Production Administrator

We are a part of the best Roofing Contracting Network in the World, and you have an opportunity to be part of it too! You will the key component to our production team, helping assist successful completion of all aspects of installation and service jobs. 

Our roofing solutions include full & partial roof replacements, repair & replacement of roofing products such as gutters, skylights, chimney flashing, vent boots, bathroom vents, sun-tunnels, fascia & rake board replacement and structural solutions including rafter & plywood repair or replacement.


The Opportunity:

·       Schedule jobs or reschedule jobs with customer’s inventory as needed

·       Monitor weather for scheduled jobs

·       Track inventory for stocked material

·       Assign work crews and review work progress daily 

·       Review new contracts; communicate with Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, and Production Manager

·       Order materials and ensure correct quantities & colors 

·       Update FileMaker (our system), with required information in a detailed and timely manner 

·       Make Production as cost efficient as possible:

o   Return unused materials

o   Monitor quality control of materials and labor 

o   Plan daily/weekly for travel efficiencies

·       Help keep calendar current

·       Use computer to schedule, order materials & communicate with co-workers 

·       In charge of Call List including: Scheduling and Customer Satisfaction 


Job Requirements:

·       1-2 years office experience  

·       The calm demeanor under stressful conditions and meet deadlines

·       Computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office 

·       Critical thinking and problem-solving strengths 

·       Big picture thinking and clarity of how it will all work to get there

·       Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and projects 

·       Great customer communication skills


Your Reward: 

$40,000 + depending on experience
