    This ranch style single-family home in Guilford, Connecticut was in need of a new roof in a fast, efficient and productive manner. After tearing off two layers of asphalt shingles, we replaced 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we made sure to seal all joints of the roof deck with flashing tape, while installing 2 rows of TriBuilt Ice & Water Barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. In terms of skylights, we installed three new Velux Skylights. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing vent pipe boots with brand new Perma-Boots. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

They were in desperate need of a complete tear-off and re-roof. Once we stripped both layers, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. Then, we laid down Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. For new shingles, we used Owens Corning Oakridge Shingles in the color Onyx Black. Around the chimney we removed the old flashing and installed new copper flashing. This home can now tackle any weather conditions, worry free!

We then laid down three rows of Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. Because the backside of the garage was already replaced we had to carefully match the remainder of the shingles so that it would blend in. We used Owens Corning TruDefinition Oakridge Shingles in the color Estate Gray to match the shingles that were already on the garage. To top it off, we installed VentSure Ridge Vents to provide consistent attic ventilation to the home.
