Garage Roof Replacement in Hartford, CT

For this roof replacement in Hartford, CT we completely stripped and replaced this detached garage roof. We first replaced any damaged plywood decking and then laid down Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water to protect this garage form the outside elements. On top of that, we installed ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment which is a durable, tear-resistant material engineered to repel water and adhere to the roofing surface. For roofing shingles, we used Owens Corning Oakridge Shingles in the color Estate Gray and topped it with ProEdge Hip and Ridge Shingles on all ridges and hips.
