I am the executor of my mother's estate, and in the process of selling her house at 87 Field Road in Cromwell. We have a contract of sale in place with a buyer, but after their inspection they want the 21-year old roof to be reshingled. (no stripping is necessary; only one layer of shingles is currently on the plywood) There are no leaks and the plywood is sound; but we need a licensed contractor to add another layer of shingles at a good price in a fairly short timeframe.
