This tape is the first line of defense, preventing water from seeping through any gaps. Next, we applied Sealoron XT Ice & Water Shield to the edges and vulnerable areas of the roof, providing extra protection where it’s needed most. Finally, the Velora One Roof Underlayment was installed across the remaining surface, adding a crucial barrier between the shingles and the plywood.

For the finishing touch, Lou chose IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black—the best in the industry—to complete his home's fresh, modern look.
