After living in their Columbia home for more than 40 years, Ed and Patty knew it was time to replace their aging roof. During our thorough inspection, we discovered a problem that had been affecting their home for decades: the attic had never been equipped with proper intake ventilation.

The lack of balanced airflow had trapped heat and moisture inside the attic, leading to mold damage and deteriorated roof decking. To restore the roof's structural integrity, our team replaced multiple damaged roof sheathing panels before installing a new roofing system.
