I first have to say that there is not enough room here to write all the positives that I'd like to say, especially when I'd like to give 10 stars. It all started with the best feeling that I had when I initially began looking for help to replace my roof. I kept being drawn back to Klaus Larsen's website. I had the best feeling about them from the beginning. From the time I talked with the office and the ladies there, ever so helpful, until the day that Tom came to look at my roof, I knew I would make the right decision. Not only was their quote the best but the whole job was perfect from beginning to end. The BEST crew you could ever want, from having to deal with one of the hottest days of the season, non stop until the job was complete, even to the clean up not leaving one bit of debris in the ground! I wish I could remember all the names so I could say thank you to each and every one. Maybe Tom, Mike, Mike, Louis, and especially Seth could pass on my thanks to one and ALL.

When I discovered my roof was leaking I didn't know a lot about roofing. This is a high ticket purchase for any homeowner. Klaus Larsen was the 3rd call I made. I wish I started with them first. I would have saved time. The entire staff and work crews were awesome. All done in a day. The price was affordable. The quality superior. The customer service was outstanding! I am very impressed with the professional organization of this company from start to finish.
