This home in Middletown, CT was in urgent need of a roof repair due to a leaking roof that had been intermittent since 2018. The owners decided to address the issue with a new partial roof replacement by Klaus Larsen. The chimney flashing had cracks, allowing water to leak through, which we sealed with new chimney flashing. During the removal of the old roofing for the repair, three damaged plywood boards were identified and replaced. The plywood joints were sealed with Ice&Water fiber paper as well as Sealoron Deck Tape and a Roof Underlayment.
