Roof Replacement in Madison, CT

At this late 1960's home in Madison, CT we replaced the roof and replaced the flashing along the chimney with new lead flashing. To ensure that the home is completely protected from outside moisture we installed new Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield on the bottom layer of the roof. We then laid down ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment. This durable, tear-resistant material is engineered to repel water and to adhere to the roofing surface. On the final layer, we installed new Owens Corning Duration Shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. To ensure proper ventilation to the attic we put in a new VentSure Ridge Vent.
