Roof Replacement in Simsbury, CT

This modern 1990s colonial style home needed a new full roof replacement. We first stripped the entire old roof and hauled the old shingles to a recycling plant to be made into asphalt roads. There was ample damaged plywood decking that needed replacing as well as re-securing with ring-shank plywood nails. Then, we installed Started Shingles along the entire outside perimeter of the roof. This home also had a large chimney on the side of the house which needed new lead flashing.
