Cape Home Roof Replacement in Bristol, CT

This cape-style home located in Bristol, CT had two layers of existing shingles on it, the original being installed over 50 years ago! They were in desperate need of a complete tear-off and re-roof. Once we stripped both layers, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. Then, we laid down Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. For new shingles, the Onyx Black gives this home a whole new look. Around the chimney we removed the old flashing and installed new copper flashing.
