Roof Replacement in Late Winter - Pawcatuck, CT

Upon inspecting this Pawcatuck house, we noticed water leaking in through the attic. There was heavy snow blanketing the home, which was aggravating a preexisting fault in the roof. Armed with shovels, we got to work and it was out with the old, in with the new. We also installed a solar fan, to improve ventilation and reduce any issues in the future.
