Challenge
This home was in need of an immediate roof replacement due to a legal issue. The shingles that were currently installed on their home had a class action lawsuit active, and the homeowner wanted to take action before anything came from the case. They turned to Klaus Larsen Roofing to handle the situation.
Solution
To take care of this issue, we removed the layer of existing roofing material and replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking underneath. After installing 3 rows of ice & water barrier, we installed the new shingles.
