Before Roof Replacement
The original roof on the main home and garage dated back to 1994 and was beginning to show clear signs of aging and wear. With the roof nearing the end of its lifespan, the homeowner decided it was the right time to move forward with a full replacement before leaks and larger issues developed.
Stripping The Roof
Our crew began the project by removing two full layers of old roofing materials from the home and garage. Stripping everything down to the decking allowed us to properly inspect the roof structure and prepare it for a brand new roofing system.
Applying The Seals
SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield was installed in the most vulnerable sections of the roof to help prevent water intrusion. This added protection is especially important around areas that are more prone to leaks during heavy rain, snow, and ice buildup.
Full Underlayment
After the roof deck was prepared, VeloraOne Roof Underlayment was installed across the entire surface to create a protective barrier beneath the shingles. This layer helps provide added defense against moisture while supporting the overall performance of the roofing system.
Final Roof Replacement
The completed roof was finished with IKO Dynasty shingles in Glacier, giving the home and garage a fresh, updated appearance. We also installed SmartRidge II ventilation along the ridge to improve attic airflow and help the roof perform properly for years to come. The Klaus Roofing Way!
