Before Roof Replacement
The original roof was showing signs of age and had begun allowing water into the home near one of the dining room windows. After years of weather exposure, it was time for a full roof replacement to address the underlying issues and protect the home moving forward.
Stripping Old Shingles Off
Our crew removed the old shingles and roofing materials to expose the decking underneath. During the tear-off process, we found areas of rotten plywood that had been contributing to the leak problems inside the home.
Applying The Seals
SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield was installed in vulnerable sections of the roof to help prevent future water intrusion. This extra layer of protection is especially important around roof transitions, skylights, and other leak-prone areas.
IKO Dynasty Brownstone Shingles
With the new roofing system prepared, our crew began installing IKO shingles in the color Brownstone. The updated shingles gave the home a fresh new look while adding strong protection against harsh weather conditions.
Final Roof
The completed roof features brand new skylights, upgraded roof penetrations, and a full roofing system built for long-term performance. The finished result gives the home a clean updated appearance along with peace of mind for the homeowner.
