Ceiling Water Damage
Water stains and active leaks were clearly visible on the ceiling of Philip's kitchen. The aging flat roof above was no longer keeping the elements out, and the damage inside was getting worse with each storm.
Leaky Flat Roof
The old flat roof had broken seams, worn-out material, and poor sealing. It was clear this roof was past due for replacement, and continuing with repairs would've only delayed the inevitable
After Klaus Larsen Replacement
We installed a .060 black EPDM membrane across the flat roof and sealed every seam with JDM seam tape. The white aluminum edge trim adds a clean, finished look while protecting the perimeter. This roof is now built to withstand the elements for years to come.
