Stripped Flat Roof
Our crew began by stripping the old flat roof and inspecting the decking underneath. Any damaged or weakened plywood was replaced to ensure the new roofing system had a solid foundation to adhere to.
ISO and EPDM Membrane Application
Once the deck was prepped, we installed ISO boards for added insulation and energy efficiency. Adhesive was then applied to bond the new EPDM membrane securely, creating a seamless and durable base.
Final Product
The finished EPDM roof provides a smooth, watertight surface built to handle all weather conditions. With the addition of new Velux skylights, this building is now both protected and brightened for years to come.
