Before Roof Replacement
This drone shot shows the original roof before any work began. The shingles were worn, several were slipping out of place, and moss had built up across multiple sections. From above, you can really see how uneven the surface had become after more than 15 years of weather exposure.
Stripping Off The Old Roof
Here, our crew is removing the old shingles and underlayment. This step is important because it allows us to inspect the plywood underneath and make sure the new roofing system is being installed on a solid, clean surface. Any damaged areas are addressed before moving forward.
Applying The Seals
This photo shows the installation of the protective layers that go beneath the shingles. We're applying SealoronXT Ice & Water and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment, which help prevent leaks and protect the roof deck. You can also see the new SealoronXT Deck Tape along the seams of the plywood to ensure everything is sealed tightly.
Final Roof Replacement
The final photo shows the completed roof with IKO Dynasty shingles in Monaco Red. The new color gives the home a bold, refreshed look, and the new skylights bring in clean, natural light. The finished roof is smooth, durable, and built to handle New England weather for years to come.
