Roof Replacement Photo Album: Roof Replacement in Plymouth, MA
After purchasing her mobile home, Bettee in Plymouth, MA wanted to make sure the roof was reliable, safe, and built to last. The existing rubber roofing system was thin, worn down, and installed without a solid base, which caused tearing at the edges and ongoing leak concerns, especially as the home naturally shifted over time. Our team carefully removed the failing rubber membrane along with the original termination bars that were contributing to the damage. To create a stronger and more durable solution, we installed a new commercial-grade EPDM rubber roofing system using a thicker 0.060 membrane designed to flex with the structure while maintaining a watertight seal. We also constructed a floating base for the skylights, allowing for movement without stressing the roof system. The finished roof provides long-term protection, improved performance, and peace of mind for the homeowner.
