Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This ranch style home in Scotland, CT was in need of a roof replacement. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged or rotted sheets of plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We also taped all roof deck joints with flashing tape, in accordance with the recent building codes. In terms of shingles, we installed IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Earthtone Cedar. Lastly, we removed the existing chimney flashing and replaced it with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We removed and replaced the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe boot and replacing it with a new 3-inch Perma-Boot.
