Merrily’s home in Taunton, MA was facing some serious roof trouble. In the apartment above her detached garage water was sneaking in through the roof, causing leaks. Here was a historic building that has been presiding over the Lebanon Town Green for well over a century – The Lebanon Baptist Church. Its roof was in dire need of reparation, and Klaus Larsen was eager to take on the job. This project was unique in how we installed a complete new 1/2" CDX plywood deck over the existing structural framing, which created a vented roof deck sandwich (plywood, ISO boards and furrings). We are honored to be among the craftsman that have contributed to the preservation of this town's history.
