Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home in Barkhamsted, CT was in need of a new roof. To start, we tore off 2 layers of existing roofing materials and replaced all damaged plywood decking. We installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. Lastly, we removed and replaced all chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This homeowner in Southington, CT contacted us because he had water damage from lower level shingles, that had managed to reach the internal walls of his house. After giving our free estimate, we elected to install an Owens Corning Lifetime Roofing System, complete with ventilation, aluminum seamless gutters and a new Velux skylight.

The owners, after looking at their options, decided to have the entire roof replaced with Slatestone Gray Duration shingles. This 2 Family home in Bristol had three layers of asphalt shingles on the roof. Underneath the asphalt was the original roof of Wood Cedar roofing. There was no plywood decking, so our crew installed a new deck over the original structure. Afterward, they installed new underlayment and Owens Corning Oakridge shingles. (Color: Estate Gray).
