Challenge
The customer called in panicked that their ceiling was sopping wet with insulation falling through. The roof was decades old which caused the leaking into the interior of the home. The plywood decking that existed underneath the roof was damaged by moisture and needed to be completely replaced.
Solution
We went out to this home located in Plainfield, CT and were able to give the customer an estimate and they signed the contract that day for a new roof. Within a few weeks time, we were able to install a brand new roofing system and the customer now has a happy dry house, with peace of mind for the next 50 years.
