Deciding on a roof replacement, our team got to work. For both the home and garage, we stripped away the old roofing system and began fresh. We followed that with VeloraOne roof underlayment to create a sealed barrier across the rest of the decking. Every flashing point, pipe boot, and ridge vent was replaced to ensure watertight protection. Using the high-performance IKO Dynasty shingles, the crew installed the shingles in the color Chestnut.
