General Labor - Roofing, Siding, Windows & Doors

We're seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to join our Production Team. This is a full-time, hands-on position that combines job site work  and  warehouse/fleet responsibilities. No experience? No problem - we'll train the right person who's eager to learn and grow in the trade!

Key Responsibilities 

Job Site Duties: 

• Load and carry materials to and from job sites 
• Clean and prepare work areas for installation 
• Assist experienced installers with tools and materials 
• Learn to install and repair roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors 
• Safely work on ladders, rooftops, and in varying weather conditions 
• Pick up and deliver materials as needed 

Warehouse & Fleet Duties: 

• Load/unload deliveries and organize inventory 
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and well-maintained 
• Perform basic maintenance on company vehicles (cleaning, servicing) 
• Support team in daily production and logistics goals 

What We’re Looking For 

• Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade 
• Ability to lift heavy materials and handle physically demanding tasks 
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions 
• Strong safety awareness and proper use of PPE 
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player 
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus 
• Valid driver's license required (for material pick-ups and vehicle use)
