Audrey went out of her way to help with rescheduling (due to inclement weather) to a new date where I could be on premises as I had conflicting travel plans. Excellent customer service!
Roof work was great, crew inadvertently pulled up an electrical landscape spotlight adjacent to front walkway for front door. Crew had covered it with a 5 gallon pail, but somehow it got dislodged during trap removal or old shingle clean-up. When I brought to Greg's attention he took care of it immediately. Only reason not an overall 5.
