After assessing the layout and drainage needs, we developed a custom plan to address problem areas and increase protection. We installed the Klaus High Flow Complete Gutter System along the rear right side of the home to handle heavy rain without sagging or overflow. A cracked PVC pipe at the bottom of the downspout was removed and replaced with a new 4-inch pipe for proper drainage.

The first and second levels at the rear of the house were left with their existing 5-inch gutters, but we made sure runoff would flow correctly. To help guide water from the upper roof to the lower system, we installed a water diverter on the rear of the second level, placed precisely for maximum effectiveness. Now, Steven’s home is better equipped to handle rain and avoid potential water damage, with upgraded drainage where it matters most.
