Sales Consultant - Greater Boston Area

Job Type: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $70,000 - $180,000+ a year

We are looking for a motivated, extremely personable individual to join our highly skilled sales team and represent our company’s standards with customers in the Greater Boston area and surrounding region. This individual will be the first impression of our company and needs to be well manicured, polite, outgoing, and driven to help people. A quick and constant learner is needed as our product offerings are growing rapidly.

The Sales Inspector Consultant is expected to communicate effectively with customers, office staff, project managers, production, and others working with them during the sales process and through installation. We will equip this individual with everything they need to be successful. We pride ourselves on creating a highly motivating, fun, energetic, and team-oriented atmosphere.

 

The Opportunity:

We are a part of the best Roofing Contracting Network in the World, and you have an opportunity to be part of it too! You can share and sell solutions to residential homeowners and business owners. Our roofing solutions include full & partial roof replacements, repair & replacement of roofing products such as gutters, skylights, chimney flashing, vent boots, bathroom vents, sun-tunnels, fascia, siding & rake board replacement and structural solutions including rafter & plywood repair or replacement.

Your Contribution: 

  • Run qualified residential roofing leads, generated & set by the company
  • Canvas, quote, & sell roofs & roof related products to homeowners
  • Complete Klaus Larsen Roofing sales presentation at appointments
  • Follow-up with prospects after appointment
  • Work flexible hours
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Participate in Home Shows & other marketing events
  • Communicate with company as a whole: office, production & sales
  • Assist and support Sales Manager as a great team-player
  • Be flexible and helpful

 

About You: 

  • Organized with a sensible approach to meeting deadlines
  • Capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects
  • Good communicator, with strong dedication to excellence in customer service and relationships
  • Expert at critical thinking and problem solving
  • Self-motivated
  • Tech savvy
  • Valid driver license with clean driving record
  • Physical ability to carry & climb ladders and also not afraid of heights
