Our team got to work taking down all old shingles off the roof and removing any damaged or rotted plywood that may have been damaged during the storm. Then, we installed the seals that will make sure this roof will be protected for years to come. First, we start with the SealoronXT Deck Tape, which seals all the plywood seams, then we install the SealoronXT Ice&Water on all edges and ridges of the roof, and lastly, we install the Velora Underlayment over the rest of the roof. We started by removing one layer of existing roofing material and replacing 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys, and skylights. Lastly, we installed 2 brand new Velux Skylights. 

This single-family home in Clinton, Connecticut was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. in terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. We finished the job by sealing cracks in their chimneys with mortar and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. Another revival on a beautiful colonial home in Clinton, CT.

At this Dutch Colonial Revival home in Haddam, CT we completely replaced and restored this old 1930s roof. We installed new 1/2" CDX plywood decking over the existing structural framing to ensure sturdiness and protection for the home's interior. To protect this home from moisture and outside elements, we installed new Ice & Water from all the eaves, valleys, and around the chimneys, skylights, and roof/wall intersections.
