Located in a historical district, this home in Bristol, CT received a new roof from Klaus Larsen. Being an older roof with cedar shakes, the team got right to work. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, all damaged plywood decking was replaced. The chimney flashing was removed and replaced.

This cape-style home located in Bristol, CT had two layers of existing shingles on it, the original being installed over 50 years ago! They were in desperate need of a complete tear-off and re-roof. Once we stripped both layers, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. Then, we laid down Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. For new shingles, the Onyx Black gives this home a whole new look. Around the chimney we removed the old flashing and installed new copper flashing. This home can now tackle any weather conditions, worry free!
