Klaus Larsen Roofing Before & After Photos

Ivoryton was once home to a high population of factory workers, and remains one of Connecticut's most historically rich towns. This house exudes the architectural style of a bygone era. When approaching these types of structures, we are very gentle and careful in our workmanship. If you have a home that has been standing for over a century, we can provide the care it needs in revitalizing it with a new roof.

We replaced this 27-year-old roof in Ivoryton, CT and gave it a whole new look with the new color choice!

Callie contacted Klaus Larsen Roofing for help with her newly purchased home. She was informed that the roof had been damaged by previous pine trees that lined the property. There was also plywood attached to the ceiling indicating a leak at some point; however, she was unsure. Klaus Larsen Roofing provides free estimates and quotes, and we are always happy to help! Callie decided to move forward with a full Klaus Larsen Roof Replacement, and with our 50-year warranty, this will be the last roof she will have to worry about! Callie chose the color Granite Black for her new IKO Architectural Dynasty shingles, which will stay looking new for years to come. This before-and-after shows the damage caused by the trees and how we were able to repair it by stripping off the old decking and replacing it with new plywood. With new roofing, new chimney flashing, and striking new shingles, this transformation is amazing! The Klaus Roofing Way!

New England truly is a land dictated by the seasons. This house in Hebron, CT was in need of emergency repair in the middle of a freezing, February winter. We were one of the only roofers that could promptly do a full replacement, despite several feet of snow blanketing the ground. Spring has sprung, and the home is looking fully rejuvenated.

Here is another home that was once plagued by ice dams. This Hebron, CT homeowner was experiencing some leakage and the telltale sign of icicles circumferencing the attic. Those icicles may look pretty, but they are a sure indicator of some serious problems with your roof. Be ready for next year, with a full roof replacement.
