Klaus Larsen Roofing Before & After Photos

Jan in Tolland, CT, called Klaus Larsen Roofing for help with her 25-year-old roof, which had started leaking around a kitchen vent. After assessing the situation, we recommended a full roof replacement to ensure long-lasting protection and peace of mind. We installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black for a clean, modern look and added new Velux skylights to bring natural light into the kitchen. Every detail was carefully handled to make sure the roof not only performs well but also enhances the home’s overall appearance. The difference is clear: Jan now has a fresh, durable roof that looks great, protects her home from leaks, and adds extra brightness inside with the new skylights. This project shows how a well-planned roof replacement can completely transform both the function and the look of a home.

Dennis's home in Tolland, CT, had a roof that was approximately 19 years old and beginning to show its age. As part of an HOA community, maintaining the home's appearance was an important factor, making a roof replacement a smart investment in both protection and curb appeal. After the old roof was removed, our team installed a new roofing system featuring IKO Dynasty shingles in Shadow Brown. The rich color gave the home a refreshed, polished appearance while complementing the surrounding neighborhood. With the project complete, Dennis's home now has a brand-new roof designed to provide reliable protection and lasting beauty for years to come.

Due to it's age, this home in Essex, CT needed a new roof. We started this job by tearing away one layer of existing roofing material and disposing of it properly. We then inspected the roof deck and discovered 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking which we replaced. Next, we installed two rows of TriBuilt Ice & Water Barrier as well as a Synthetic Underlayment to better protect the home from the elements. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Charcoal Grey colorway. To finish up the job, we installed a new chimney flashing and vent pipe boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
