At this raised ranch home located in Cheshire, CT we tore off the old shingles and replaced them. This home had two layers of existing roofing materials that we tore off and then replaced the damaged plywood decking. To ensure proper attic ventilation, we installed new VentSure Ridge Vents which provides top-notch consistent attic ventilation. On this particular home, we installed a new 6" exhaust vent hood on the rear roof. To ensure complete moisture protection to the chimney we replaced the flashing with new lead flashing. 

This single-family home in Chesire, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etcWe finished the job by removing and replacing all chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing.
