This beautiful two story home in Salem, CT was due for a new roof and Klaus Larsen, LLC. gave them just that! We began this project by tearing away and properly disposing of one layer of roofing material. We then inspected the roof decking, and replaced 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Weatherwood colorway. We finished off the job by installing a ridge vent for attic ventilation, as well as a new vent pipe boot. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This single-family home in Salem, Connecticut was in need of a new roof after finding pieces of their roof scattered in their lawn. After tearing off one layer of asphalt shingles, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we sealed all joints on the roof deck with flashing tape and installed two rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color National Blue. Arthur in Salem, CT had previously worked with Klaus Larsen Roofing and had only wantd to replace hald of the gutters on his home. Now, the sections that weren’t replaced have started causing problems. Ice damage and poor water flow made it clear that it was time to finish the job. We removed the remaining old gutters and installed our Gutter Shutter System on the three dormers and rear gambrel. This permanent solution is guaranteed to never clog, sag, or pull away, and was installed in the color Wicker to match the home. Now, Arthur’s entire gutter system is protected for the long haul.
