Once the surface was ready, we installed SealoronXT Deck Tape over the plywood seams, followed by SealoronXT Ice & Water around the roof edges and other vulnerable areas for added protection against leaks. VeloraONE Roof Underlayment was then rolled out across the rest of the roof to create a watertight barrier. With the foundation secured, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Cornerstone, giving the home a fresh new look and a roof built to last. This home had severely damaged plywood from water entering the attic. We replaced around 40 sheets and installed New Onyx Black Duration Shingles.
