The original rubber roofing system wasn’t holding up, thin and not commercial-grade, it was laid directly over ISO insulation with no solid base. Over time, the rubber began to rip where it wrapped around the corners, leading to leaks. The movement of the mobile home only made things worse, creating friction and weakening the roof even more. Our team removed the old rubber membrane and the original termination bars that were causing the tears. We replaced everything with a new EPDM rubber roofing system, using a much thicker, commercial-grade 0.060 membrane designed to handle movement and resist damage.
