This homeowner in Lexington, MA, had a roof that was over 20 years old. While there weren’t any active leaks, a few shingles had come loose over time, and the roof was nearing the end of its lifespan. Wanting to stay ahead of any future issues, they reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing for a proactive roof replacement. Our team installed a full Klaus Roofing System using IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Grey. Now, this home not only has a clean, updated look, it also has a durable roofing system built to handle the New England weather for decades to come.
This woman was so excited about Gutter Shutter that she initially forgot to pick out a color for her roof!
A homeowner in Bristol, RI, needed a roof replacement to keep their home protected. Their old roof had begun to show signs of wear, so our team stepped in to install a brand-new Klaus Roofing system. We removed the aging shingles, replaced any compromised decking, and secured the roof with VeloraOne Roof Underlayment and SealoronXT Ice & Water for added durability. The project was finished with IKO Dynasty shingles, giving the home a fresh, polished look and long-lasting protection.
Shay in Bristol, RI, was in need of a roof replacement and was looking for a roof that would last. After contacting Klaus Larsen Roofing, Shay knew that they had found a company they could trust. Shay chose to do a full roof replacement with the IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Brownstone, with a heavy-duty shingle that has a 130-mile-per-hour wind warranty, ensuring these shingles are not going anywhere! This house now has a 50-year warranty, giving Shay the reassurance he needs. This before-and-after highlights the stunning difference it can make when you put a Klaus on Your House!
John Silva in Warren, RI, recently had us back out to complete the next phase of his roofing project after we replaced a separate section of the roof last year. With that portion performing well, he was ready to move forward and finish the remaining front slope so the home could finally have a fully updated look.
This phase of the project focused specifically on the front section of the roof. Since there were no active leaks, chimney areas, or flashing concerns involved, the installation was very straightforward and allowed our crew to focus on replacing the aging roofing materials with a fresh new system.
We installed a complete roofing system using SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield in vulnerable areas along with VeloraONE Roof Underlayment to help protect the roof deck from moisture and weather exposure. The project was finished with IKO shingles in Brownstone, giving the home a clean and consistent appearance that ties together with the previous work completed last year.
Now that the second section is complete, John is excited to finally have the roofing project fully finished and the home fully updated.
