Upon inspection of the roof deck, we found 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking, and replaced them accordingly. To ensure weather protection, we then layed down two rows of Ice & Water Barrier as well as a Synthetic Underlayment across the decking to adhere to the roof's surface as well as provide additional water resistance. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Dynasty Architectural Shingles in the Castle Grey colorway. We added some final touches to this project by installing a new exhaust vent hood and vent pipe boot. This house was made new again thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
