At this ranch home located in Windsor, CT we completely tore off the existing single-tabbed shingles and replaced them. We removed and replaced any damaged plywood decking and installed new aluminum drip edge along the entire outside perimeter of the roof. To give the attic of this home great ventilation we put in new Ventsure Ridge Vents to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation. Ventilation is one of the most important parts of keeping a home moisture and mold free. in addition to the new roof, we also put in new 5" aluminum seamless gutters and downspouts to allow water to properly run off the roof.
