Klaus Larsen Roofing Before & After Photos

David’s old gutters were starting to fail. Their old system was loose and pulling away in several spots, leaving the gutters sagging and damaged. Luckily, the fascia board was still solid, so it was the perfect time to replace the system before bigger issues came up. We installed our Klaus High Flow Gutter System in white, complete with heavy-duty GutterStud mounting brackets. This seamless gutter system is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime guarantee to never sag or pull away from the home. Now, David’s home has a clean new look and reliable protection that will last.

The owners of this home in Suffield called us because they needed their roof repaired. At first, they asked us to install a 2nd layer of shingles over the original. The owners changed their mind when we visited the job and explained how a 2nd layer would only harm their home without fixing their issues. We fixed their roof by tearing off the old shingles and installing new ice & water barrier and synthetic underlayments. Lastly, the Onyx Black Duration shingles were installed and the owners had their skylights replaced at the same time with new solar powered skylights.

A home in Suffield, Connecticut had their beautiful home build incorrectly. They had ripples in their roof, which then caused leaks in the ceiling. Luckily, they called Klaus Larsen Roofing to take care of all their roofing needs. The end result is amazing, take a look!

Laureen in Suffield, CT, reached out to us after learning her 22-year-old roof was ready to be updated. The shingles were aging, and she wanted to make sure her home stayed protected long-term, so she decided to move forward with a complete roof replacement for both the house and the garage. Once our crew arrived, we set up the property for the project by covering the landscaping and siding, protecting the home while the old shingles were removed. After stripping the roof, we inspected the decking and replaced any sections that needed strengthening before installing the new roofing system. We finished the job with IKO Dynasty shingles in the Glacier color, giving her home a fresh and durable roofing system built to handle New England weather for years ahead. The Klaus Roofing Way!

Geraldine in Suffield, CT, decided it was time to replace her roof after more than two decades of protecting the home. While there were no active leaks at the time of the inspection, the roof was estimated to be at least 25 years old and had begun showing signs of wear, including several missing shingles. Rather than wait for more significant problems to develop, Geraldine chose to take a proactive approach and invest in a full roof replacement.

Our crew removed the aging roofing materials and installed a brand-new Klaus Roofing System designed to provide reliable, long-term protection. To complement the home's appearance, brown drip edge and rake edge metal were selected, creating a coordinated look around the roofline and helping tie the finished project together.

For the shingles, Geraldine chose IKO Dynasty in Brownstone. The rich color added warmth and character to the home while enhancing its overall curb appeal.

By replacing the roof before major issues arose, Geraldine has given her home a fresh new look and the confidence that comes with a roofing system built to protect the property for many years to come. The Klaus Roofing Way!
