This Cape-style home in Marlborough, CT was built in 1976 and is in need of a roof replacement. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing materials and replaced 13 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 3 rows ofIce & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles, we installed the Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Driftwood. This single family in Bolton, CT was in need of a new roof and new skylight. after tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking.
