Klaus Larsen Roofing Before & After Photos

This home in Manchester, CT, was in need of a roof replacement after a tree had fallen on her home during a storm, bouncing off, causing damage to her roof. In need of urgent assistance with a company that is trustworthy, she reached out to us at Klaus Larsen Roofing for a full roof replacement. Our team got to work taking down all old shingles off the roof and removing any damaged or rotted plywood that may have been damaged during the storm. Then, we installed the seals that will make sure this roof will be protected for years to come. First, we start with the SealoronXT Deck Tape, which seals all the plywood seams, then we install the SealoronXT Ice&Water on all edges and ridges of the roof, and lastly, we install the Velora Underlayment over the rest of the roof. Lastly, the IKO Dynasty shingles get placed in the color Cornerstone, chosen by the homeowner. Now, this home has a fresh look with a roof that will last the test of time! The Klaus Roofing Way!

After noticing a leak during the winter months, Edward scheduled a professional roof inspection for his home in Manchester, CT to determine whether a repair would solve the problem or if it was time for a full replacement. Following a thorough evaluation of the roofing system, it became clear that replacing the roof would provide the most dependable long-term solution.

Our team completed a full roof replacement, removing the aging roofing materials and installing a brand-new roofing system across the entire home. By replacing the roof rather than continuing with temporary repairs, the homeowner gained lasting protection and peace of mind.

To complement the home's exterior, Edward selected IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Cornerstone. The neutral architectural shingle color gave the home a refreshed appearance while providing the durability needed to withstand Connecticut's changing weather throughout the year.

With the project complete, the leak that prompted the inspection has been addressed with a comprehensive roofing solution. Edward's home now features an updated roof that enhances curb appeal while providing reliable protection for many years to come.
