Clinton, CT Colonial Roof Replacement

Another revival on a beautiful colonial home in Clinton, CT.

Roof Replacement in Haddam, CT

At this Dutch Colonial Revival home in Haddam, CT we completely replaced and restored this old 1930s roof. We installed new 1/2" CDX plywood decking over the existing structural framing to ensure sturdiness and protection for the home's interior. To protect this home from moisture and outside elements, we installed new Ice & Water from all the eaves, valleys, and around the chimneys, skylights, and roof/wall intersections.
