This small, one-family residential home in North Windham was due for a roof replacement. We started this job by tearing away one layer of pre-existing asphalt roofing and disposing of it properly. We then inspected the roof deck, where we found and replaced 2 damaged sheets of plywood roof decking. Two rows of Ice & Water Barrier were installed followed up by a layer of Synthetic Underlayment in order to repel water. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Super White colorway. To finish off this project, we installed a ridge vent to maintain attic ventilation as well as replacing the chimney flashing and vent pipe boot.
