To start, Klaus Larsen Roofing tore off one layer of existing roofing material and replaced 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc., as well as installing a synthetic underlayment on all decking where there was no water & ice barrier, for extra security. For shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. Lastly, removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing.
