This roof replacement in Chaplin was unique because the owners used what is called a 203K loan. A 203K is a home improvement loan that was used to replace the roof along with several other projects. Klaus Larsen Roofing is registered to handle 203K loans and even offers financing. 

This house in Chaplin needed a ridge vent and a new roofing system for the gabled roof (on the right). The Dutch colonial roof was in better shape and only needed the upper roof, chimney flashing, and vent boot replaced. All of this was done in the Winter and the shingles are in excellent condition.
