This single-family home was in need of a new roof and new skylights. After tearing off two layers of existing roofing materials, we replaced five sheets of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we secured and sealed all joints on the entire roof deck with flashing tape. We then installed two rows of TriBuilt Ice & Water Barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, skylights, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Weatehrwood. In terms of skylights, we installed a brand new Velux VS Skylight. We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe boot & replaced it with a new, self-seal thermoplastic high rise vent boot.
