This single-family home in Chesire, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We started the process by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etcWe finished the job by removing and replacing all chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing.
