Located in Unionville, CT, this recently-bought home was in need of new architectural style shingles to protect the inside of the home. We first stripped the existing single tabbed shingles and brought them to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT to be turned into asphalt roads. Then we replaced any damaged plywood decking. We installed a Total Protection Roofing System with new shingles. To top it off, we installed a VentSure Ridge Vent to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation to the home.

This Ranch style home was built in 1850 and is in need of a roof replacement. To start the process, Klaus Larsen Roofing tore off 1 layer of existing roofing material and replaced 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next, we installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, skylights, and chimneys. In terms of shingles, we installed Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Colonial Slate.
