This ranch style home located in Southington, CT just got a complete roof makeover! To start, we stripped the existing roofing materials and replaced any damaged plywood decking. We then laid down  Ice & Water Shield and ProArmour Synthetic Underlayment to adhere to the roofing surface and repel any outside moisture. For shingles, we installed architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. To top it off we put in Ventsure Ridge Vents to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation which is pertinent to keep mold out of the attic.

Klaus Larsen Roofing started the process by tearing off two layers of existing roofing materials and replacing 3 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Oakridge Shingles in the color Brownwood. We finished by removing and replacing existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
